A pleasant stay, with a touch of luxury

The staff were lovely, all spoke good English and were very helpful. We enjoyed the good variety at breakfast. The rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. The view is exceptional and the location is very near the centre.

We would have loved to have tea making facilities in the room, not just coffee. The steep hill/steps leading down / up from the hotel could be too much for some, which we found quite dangerous with our luggage. The outside areas do need a bit of maintenance. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed.

Pretty good.....

Room was comfortable enough, and clean, but the property is a bit tired. Had a really awful lunch in the poolside bar which was disappointing, and breakfast was very expensive so we chose not to eat at the hotel (would have been better to have breakfast included). The shower over bath was very uncomfortable to stand in - the bath is so narrow you can not stand straight on - which is weird as we are only small people! All that said though, we enjoyed our stay here and the staff were lovely.

Eurostars Taormina Oct/Nov 2024

Location was great for proximity to shops and restaurants but a big walk to the beach. We used the cable car for our return to avoid the steep and long uphill walk. Breakfast offered a broad variety and great views. Compliments to the breakfast staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Overall was not bad but looking at value for money was expensive. Like many hotels in Italy we found were in need of repair work. Shame the pool was closed by 6pm and day 3 of our stay.November 1 the pool was closed completely for early Winter. The photos on the website are not indicative of the Junior suite we had and not well planned or styled.TV was in the bedroom and the lounge/desk area had inadequate lighting for reading/working. We chose this thinking we would have more floorspace but the design of divided rooms made it feel crammed. perhaps better suited f or a family This hotel came highly recommended by a friend but we were rather disappointed on this visit.

It was a nice stay with very spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of food. However, the staffs did not refill the pastries when they were over. The milk was not fresh and we could not have a proper coffe or tea in the morning.

I would absolutely come back, it was such a great experience and the views are to die for!!! Amazing

The view was absolutely amazing and our balcony was huge!! Giovanni at the front desk was so helpful and nice. Our room was a great size and the bathroom was large

The shower in the bathroom needs a shelf to put the soap and shampoo on. Its awkward being on the floor. And you need washcloths in the bathroom
